Through a newly started jointly owned company, Yuncture Invest, together with Mats Bejmyr, invests in the startup company Gottlery, which is run by Tilda Wissmar. Tilda has been seen, among other things, in the previous season of SVT's investment show "Draknästet", where she pitched her edible biscuit spoons. When the cameras were turned off, Tilda chose to join Yuncture's incubator program, where she further developed the company. Now, the collaboration is further expanded through an investment.

Tilda Wissmar, founder and CEO of Gottlery, talks about how she views the future together with the new ownership structure.

"I am both happy and excited to have Yuncture Invest and Mats on Gottlery's company journey. It feels fantastic to bring more expertise into the company to promote future growth and complement the expertise of my previous investors. I am looking forward to continuing to build Gottlery and all the plans for the business that I will realize with their support."

Christoffer Rydhede, CEO of Yuncture Invest.

"It is really exciting that everything fell into place, both with the creation of the joint-owned company together with Mats Bejmyr, but also that we got the opportunity to invest in such an interesting company like Gottlery. I believe that this collaboration will be spot on as Mats, with his specialized skills in the industry, can support Tilda brilliantly. Additionally, it will be incredibly inspiring to continue closely following Tilda, as one is truly captivated by her commitment and drive."

"This is a product that is perfectly in line with the times, where one can replace plastic spoons with a flavored edible cookie spoon that creates added value for the environment and the consumer. It will be extremely interesting to follow Tilda's journey," says Mats Bejmyr.

Gottlerysells edible cookie spoons to reduce the use of disposable items that are thrown away after use. The edible spoons, which are vegan and perfect for soft desserts, are currently available in chocolate and waffle flavors.
