Fill in the form above as thoroughly as possible. We carefully review all applications. It takes us approximately 2 weeks to process.
2. We evaluate
For us, some form of Proof of Concept, scalability, and an ethically defensible product or service are important criteria.
3. Signing
We never take majority ownership. We want you to have control and passion for your business. We become your stepping stone.
Investment in
startup companies
Yuncture Invest operates in parallel with the Incubator and House, responsible for all forms of investment in innovative companies. This includes investments in projects within the incubator program as well as entirely external companies. The expertise within Yuncture Invest includes individuals from the parent company Hammarviken, who have extensive experience in investing in, developing, and selling companies.

Yuncture Food & Retail is an industry-specific investment company. As the name suggests, we focus on innovative startups within sectors such as Food, Foodtech, and Retail. The company is operated and owned by Yuncture Invest in collaboration with Mats Bejmyr, an outstanding industry veteran with extensive experience in the grocery trade.

How much ownership stake does Yuncture want?
We do not aim for majority ownership. The reason for this is that the entrepreneur in the company must have a significant incentive to want to drive the company forward.
What can Yuncture contribute?
In addition to capital, we will contribute a wide range of expertise from various knowledge areas. The specific expertise depends on what you need. Additionally, we have a very extensive network that can lead to collaborations, clients, and more.
In which industries does Yuncture not invest?
We do not invest in what we consider unethical industries. Examples of these include betting, narcotics, weapons, online casinos, payday loans, etc.
